E-Safety

Online safety at St Clare's

Our message is 'Tell an Adult you Trust.'

E-safety is an important issue. We regularly teach E-safety issues to all pupils across all areas of the curriculum. At St Clare's Catholic Primary School, the issues surrounding e-safety are very important to us. E-Safety covers a lot of issues from Cyberbulling, to protecting yourself and your computer while using the internet.

We provide E-Safety parent workshops throughout the year. Please speak regularly with your children to ensure that they know how to stay safe when using the Internet and please look at the links below for further E-Safety guidance. If you want to contact us regarding any online safety issues; you can complete the online incident report form below, make an appointment to see someone at the office or email us at enquiry@stclare.bham.sch.uk

If you have any concerns regarding online material or questions of propriety

please use the CEOP link to report it (and inform the school through our online Incident form).
If you let your child use YouTube remember they can easily access inappropriate material. We would recommend that you use YouTube kids. This is a free app which you can put on your mobile devices. It limits the content so it is more suitable for a younger audience. In the settings you can also limit the time children spend on the app.
